Paid Media Specialist
iMarket Solutions' SEM Team is growing! We're seeking a detail-oriented Paid Media Specialist with an understanding of Google Ads strategies, processes, and best practices to drive qualified leads to our clients in the home services industry. In the highly competitive contractor vertical, optimizing for the lowest cost per lead is key, so the ideal candidate will approach all of their online advertising campaigns with a client ROI focused mindset. She or he will also be responsible for increasing budgets, growth planning, channel scaling and A/B testing are also key elements of the role. Our ideal Paid Media Specialist constantly seeks volume while maintaining efficiency through testing, optimization and keyword and audience analysis.
Summary of Duties
Responsible for Google SEM, YouTube, and GDN advertising estimates, strategy, account setup, account growth, bidding, and maintenance.
Monitor, analyze and optimize campaign performance data to improve conversion rates, decrease cost per lead, increase ROI, grow volume and budgets, and reach the company's business objectives. This includes adding PPC keywords and negative keywords, ad copy updates, and enhancements, placement, device, geographic, demographic, and other levels.
Setup, manage and optimize other iMarket paid media channels, including but not limited to ABM platforms, Native ads, OTT ads and referral networks.
Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
Work within Google Analytics to define goals, events and audiences, and conduct analysis of site traffic from your channels.
Work with landing page tools, such as Instapage, for A/B and multivariate testing of onsite content for conversion rate optimization, including formatting the pages, placing page elements, and drafting calls to action and additional copy.
Proactively offer strategic campaign recommendations.
Optimize ad-copies for paid search engine marketing campaigns.
Create audiences in Google Ads and other performance marketing platforms based on client CRM or customer list data, for the purposes of remarketing and lookalike targeting.
Monitor, evaluate, and present the performance of campaigns by generating weekly and monthly performance reports to clients analyzing trends, goals, opportunities, and other key performance indicators.
Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with clients, managers,, and sales on the progress of campaigns.
Communicate with clients on the progress of their campaigns, advocate your growth plans and testing strategies, and address their questions about paid media.
Work well as part of a team, and are willing to take direction, but can be trusted to get things done on your own.

Required Skills and Experience
3-5 years of experience in managing PPC campaigns across Google and Bing
Google Ads Certified (required)
Google Analytics Certified (required)
Bing Ads Certified (preferred)
ABM Platform,OTT or Native advertising experience would be a plus
Experience in lead generation preferred
Local PPC experience preferred
Skilled in Google Sheets and docs
Proven success at optimizing and managing existing PPC campaigns
Strong analytical thinker
