iMarket Solutions is growing! We are seeking to add a sharp, driven, positive, friendly Sales Consultant to our team. The Sales Consultant at iMarket loves building client relationships in a fast-paced environment by putting clients' needs and teamwork at the forefront of the sales process.  This individual is excellent at gathering information and pain points of our clients, cultivating a close partnership that is representative of the iMarket Difference. The sales consultant will have the passion to evaluate situations and make the best recommendation based on the needs of the contractors we serve. The sales consultant is excited about personal and professional growth as a champion of the iMarket brand.  

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute ongoing territory goals in alignment with Sales Departmental plan
  • Conduct consultative sales calls with small and medium-sized HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical contracting businesses offering iMarket's products such as website packages, SEO, PPC,Social Media, Email Marketing, etc. 
  • Responsible for growing a specific territory in the US and/or Canada 
  • Identify marketing needs of potential clients and offer iMarket's solutions that fit those needs
  • Be able to present advanced features of iMarket products and articulate how the products tie to their business plan
  • Be able to communicate the value-added services
  • Effectively manage sales pipeline 
  • Meet or exceed 90 day ramp up period sales goals
  • Close sales and meet or exceed quarterly sales goals after 90 day ramp up period
  • Work with Marketing Coordinators and Specialists post launch to ensure clients are receiving consistent value and create opportunities when appropriate for Client
  • Connect regularly with current clients to foster strong partnership
  • Participate in daily huddles, monthly department meetings, etc. and contribute to collaborative work environment
  • Understand and live iMarket’s Core Values, Brand Promise, Vision, Purpose and Client Bill of Rights
  • Ability to travel to various trade shows, trainings, etc. throughout the year

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM
  • Strong computer skills (Google Suite a plus)
  • A college degree a plus
  • 2+ years sales experience 
  • Knowledge of the trades industry a plus
